Managing soils in the context of climate change
We are interested in joining the consortia as a partner.
We offer chemical analyzes using modern analytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP-MS.
We conduct chemical analyzes of soil, plants and plants' products - including contamination, i.s. pesticide residues, mycotoxins, heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
Expert Analytical Centre (EAC) is one of the laboratories of The University of Warsaw Biological and Chemical Research Centre. The aim of our group is to implement modern measurement techniques in research focused on the processes occurring in living organisms, as well as qualitative and quantitative analyses in various types of samples. Measurements are carried out by use of state-of-the-art equipment.
Analytical Chemistry Expert Centre has flexible scope of accreditation which includes pesticide residues (we offer accredited test of overs 600 pesticides in food) analysis in food using technique LC-MS/MS and heavy metals analysis using technique ICP-MS.
We offer:
Determination of elemental composition of objects of different origins (ICP MS, LA ICP MS, ASA).
Speciation analysis of elements, a study of metabolic processes (HPLC ICP MS, UHPLC ESI-QQQ MS/MS, UHPLC-E-SI-(Orbitrap) MS/MS).
Identification and quantification of organic substances in clinical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and industrial samples (UHPLC-ESI-QQQ-MS/MS, UHPLC-ESI-QTOF MS/MS).
Quantitative analysis of volatile organic substances in objects of various origin (GC QTOF MS/MS).
Proteomic studies of biological objects (UHPLC-ESI-QQQ-MS/MS, UHPLC-ESI- (Orbitrap)- MS/MS
Study of physicochemical processes over the surface and sub-surface domain of solids (LA ICP MS).
Determination of isotopic ratios of elements in biological and geological samples (MC ICP MS).
Isotopic dilution (ID) for very accurate determinations of the content of selected elements, among others in the certification of chemical reference materials.
